At the end of our two year with Sky Broadband, we moved to BT Broadband. Big mistake absolutely terrible.. It is nowhere near as good as Sky , in anyway shape or form. BT tv guide on screen is very poor, so to the TV remote. The Sky tv Remote is ten times better, it even has a voice control button on the side of the remote. Using this you in total control and can get any station one wants ; Avoid having BT Broadband. You have been warned. AVOID
I’ve literally just swapped over today with still a year and 4 months left on contract! However I’ve kept the sky TV. My sky BB should of been averaging at least 30mbps. At times I was only getting 7! Bt have assured me that I’ll get a minimum guarantee of 45mbps.. time will tell just awaiting for the sky BB to end on 4th of August.

Bro my Internet connection with bt is slow as heck
Very friendly but just terrible slow results they called convinced me to swap over from ee to btee and sofar been one day without Internet and the customer service rep told me to look for a hotspot insted
